🔁 Eligibility for Exchange:

• Items are eligible for exchange only if they are received damaged or defective.

• You must notify us within 3 days of delivery.

📩 How to Request an Exchange:

2. Include your order number and a clear unboxing video as proof

3. Our team will review and process your request

• We currently do not offer refunds, only replacements or store credit
