Our jewellery is water-resistant but not waterproof. We recommend keeping it away from water, perfumes, and chemicals for long-lasting shine.

Q2. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, we offer COD across India with a small additional charge.

Q3. How long does delivery take?
3–7 working days depending on your location.

Q4. What if I receive a damaged item?
Please share an unboxing video with us at ruryjewels@gmail.com within 3 days. We'll arrange a replacement.

Q5. Can I exchange an item?
Only damaged items are eligible for exchange. No returns for reasons like dislike/change of mind.

Q6. Are your products hypoallergenic?
Yes, all Rury pieces are made from skin-friendly materials suitable for sensitive skin.

Q7. Can I change my order after placing it?
If it hasn’t been dispatched yet, yes! Email us as soon as possible.
